Agreement
By accessing https://www.boastitup.com or using BIU services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using BIU on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
The service
BIU provides brand-intelligence tools that monitor surfaces such as AI answers, search, marketplaces, reviews, and social, and may draft suggested fixes for your review.
BIU drafts; you approve. Nothing is published or posted as your brand without your explicit approval. AI outputs and recommendations are probabilistic and may be incomplete or incorrect — you remain responsible for what you approve and publish.
Accounts and acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and use BIU only for lawful purposes related to brands you own or are authorized to manage.
You may not reverse engineer the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, scrape it abusively, interfere with other customers, or use it to infringe others’ rights.
Free scans and trials
Free brand scans and trials are provided as-is, may be rate-limited, and may be modified or withdrawn. Scan results are informational and do not guarantee rankings, AI citations, or business outcomes.
Intellectual property
BIU, its software, design, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of your brand materials and content you submit. You grant us a license to process that material solely to provide the service.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that AI engines will cite or describe your brand in any specific way.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BIU and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim (or one hundred US dollars if you use only free features).
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect the service or other users. Sections that by nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive termination.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a mandatory local law says otherwise. Courts in Bengaluru, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protections.
