BIU Support

For help with BIU (Boast It Up), email sk@agrusglobal.com. Include your BIU account email, the feature you need help with, and a short description of what happened. If you have an error message, include its text and the approximate time it occurred.

Do not send passwords, access or refresh tokens, recovery codes, app secrets, or payment information. Remove private information from screenshots before sharing them.

For Sign-In, Search Console, or YouTube connection problems, tell us which Google service is affected and which property or channel you intended to connect. Check that you authorized the Google account with access to that property or channel and granted the permissions required by the feature.

You can review or remove BIU’s permissions through your Google account connections. Removing Google sign-in or API access may disable the associated BIU features. If you cannot sign in after removing a connection, contact support from your account email.

For Facebook Login for Business, Instagram, or advertising connections, identify the business, Page, professional account, or ad account involved and describe the feature you were using. Access depends on your role, the assets selected during authorization, and the permissions approved for the integration.

You can review or remove business connections in your Meta settings. If you need help finding the correct connection or a connected feature no longer works, email the BIU team.

Our data deletion page explains how to request deletion of your whole BIU account, one integration’s information, or personal information in a scan or demo request. Requests can be started without signing in. Removing provider access and requesting deletion of previously stored information are separate steps.
